B.Sc. Tourism and Hospitality Management is an Undergraduate Program offered by the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in Sikkim.

Tourism and Hospitality Management is a service-oriented industry focusing to enter nearly any segment of the industry, such as lodging, hotels, restaurants, casino, cruise line operations, resorts and spas, event management, or airline catering. Students are provided with the knowledge and competencies needed to successfully manage a restaurant, hotel, or independently-owned hospitality or tourism business.

A professional hospitality manager has the skills to perform a large number of management and highly intricate, modern service operators. The work of Tourism and Hospitality Management includes:

• Carrying out the services in restaurant and fine dine industry while extended way beyond hotels to resorts and even spas. Opting for a career in culinary arts has unique perks in India.
• Extensive requirement in terms of innovation and excellence in the vast world of cooking while getting exposed to different cuisines and building experience in kitchens and restaurants.
• Performing catering and nightclub jobs combine hospitality with events management, restaurants provide a wide range of working experiences around the globe, and newer fads like food trucks offer unique work experiences.
