The IT industry accounted for 8% of India’s GDP in 2020. Exports from the Indian IT industry are expected to increase by 1.9% to reach USD 150 billion in FY21. In 2020, the IT industry recorded 138,000 new hires. Our goal at the School of Information and Communication Technology is to establish an inclusive, outcome-driven learning environment specifically designed for computer science higher education that integrates skills. In order to ensure that our students are prepared for employment and long-term growth, we are dedicated to providing them with the most up-to-date skills and knowledge required by the rapidly evolving IT industry.

To ensure that our students are prepared with the newest knowledge and abilities in computer science, our curriculum is revised frequently to reflect these developments. Additionally, students can apply their knowledge in real-world circumstances through the provision of practical experiences and hands-on training through "OJT" and "Industry in Campus." Additionally, a cooperative and welcoming learning atmosphere is promoted so that students from different backgrounds can succeed and gain knowledge from one another's experiences. By using these methods, we guarantee that our students will be technically sound but also have the communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities needed to succeed in the IT sector.
