CHANCELLOR & FOUNDER
Mr. Pravesh Dudani is the Founder & Chancellor of Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim and the Managing Director of the sponsoring body of the University – Medhavi Foundation. Mr Dudani is an IIT Kharagpur and Stanford University alumni and brings 15+ years of Education & Skills leadership experience into MSU.
Mr. Dudani founded Medhavi Foundation in 2012 with the vision to bridge the gap between the employability of the rural youths and the manpower requirements of industries. Under his leadership, Medhavi Foundation has partnered with National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) and various State Skill Missions and Government departments to implement NSQF (National Skills Qualification Framework) aligned Skill training mandates and has impacted 1,00,000+ beneficiaries since 2012 via various short term, long term and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) training initiatives. The Foundation has also become a registered TPA (Third Party Aggregator) with MSDE to promote Apprenticeship adoption under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and caters to 300+ organisations across India.
In his previous entrepreneurial venture, he co-founded iDreamCareer.com (iDC) which is now India’s one of the largest career planning service providers catering to 50,000 students globally. Mr. Dudani made a successful exit from iDreamCareer.com post investment round by Times of India Group.
After graduating from IIT Kharagpur, Mr Dudani worked with renowned Education companies to gain experience in various facets of the Education domain. He worked with Educomp Solutions Ltd as head for K12 assessment space catering to more than 500 schools and later worked with IndiaCan Education Pvt. Ltd. in the space of vocational education and University education segment.
Mr. Dudani has attended Tata Jagriti Yatra and actively takes part in social causes and initiatives. He was selected as one of the top 14 entrepreneurs in India by CNBC TV 18 for its award show Masterpreneurs. He was also one of the top 50 global change leaders at Stanford University for Social Entrepreneurship in 2015. He is passionate about the huge potential of our young generation and plays an active role in youth leadership by helping them make better careers for themselves.

Mr. Kuldip Sarma, the Co-Founder and Pro-Chancellor of Medhavi Skills University, is also the dynamic Director of the Medhavi Foundation, the University’s parent organization. His journey with the Medhavi Foundation commenced in 2012, from where he spearheaded the institution’s growth. Today, his vision has extended the Foundation’s influence across 18states in India.
A social architect at heart, Mr. Sarma is fueled by a fervent desire to empower India’s emerging youth through affordable and purposeful education and skillbuilding programs. His current role finds him steering the national and international growth of the Medhavi Group, relentlessly pursuing its mission of impacting a million young dreamers over the next five years.
Mr. Sarma’s influential role in the field of education and skill development has garnered him multiple accolades, testifying to his commitment and prowess in these areas. Living in the heart of a rapidly growing India, he appreciates the excitement of this transformative era. His vision is to position Medhavi as a global frontrunner in higher skill-based education, contributing to India’s emergence as a leading world economy. PRO-VICE CHANCELLOR (ACADEMICS)
Dr. Amiya Singh is one of the new-age leaders in Skill-integrated Higher Education space in India. Before joining MSU, he was a part of Centurion (Skills) University as Dean (Skill Integration). He comes with 12 Years of experience in Education, Research, Technology and Community development. He has B Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from ITER, Odisha, and Ph. D in Wireless Communication Engineering from NIT Rourkela.
Hailing from a family of academicians in rural Odisha, his professional landing in the education sector was quite accidental. His basic questions in reflection to his own life related to the efficacy of the education system in the true empowerment of the individual drove him along the way of doing experiments around life and education. In recent years, his efforts were concentrated towards reimagining and re-designing the education system to empower the students holistically. Dr. Singh believes the crisis with the current education system at any level (elementary to University) is its growing emphasis on students to achieve monotonous goals rather than learning the process and its diversity. His commitment has been recognized by 40 Under 40 Educators Award by Indian Express, and IVLP Fellowship by US Dept of State.
He holds experience in development and nurturing of higher education eco-system, skill development, rural development, grass-root innovations, technology-enabled solutions, community action learning. His areas of interest and exploration are holistic education in reflection to work based education, understanding and optimization of synergy of children and youth, developing good technologies etc.
VICE PRESIDENT & DEAN ( ACADEMIC AFFAIRS)
Jassi Dimple is an established learning and development professional with 27 years of corporate, social and entrepreneurial work experience and exposure to a wide variety of occupations and industries. She has carved for herself a career in the field that she most enjoys and is passionate about, namely human capability development.
Her expertise includes competency mapping, development of competency based occupational standards and curriculum, designing of content for ILT and self-paced learning interventions as per adult learning principals and based on experiential learning methodologies. She has also been involved in the development of trainer and learner support media and capacity building interventions of trainers, assessors & administrators.
She has delivered various levels of services to organizations across 15+ sectors of the economy, working closely with their subject matter experts and training personnel to develop fit-for-purpose and impactful courses.
Her expertise includes structuring and rolling out the complete competency-based development model that consists of competency mapping, developing occupational standards, preparing assessments and learning and teaching materials for Vocational and Corporate Training.
An expert facilitator, she has done a lot of work in designing and delivery of behavioural as well as skill based training programs and learning solutions. She has created workshops and conducted trainings on various programs such as Managerial & Personal Effectiveness, Leadership Skills, Teamwork, Effective Spoken and Written Communication, Presentation & Facilitation Skills, Customer Service Excellence, Negotiation & Influencing skills, Time Management, Inclusion, Empathy and Emotional Intelligence to name a few.
Jassi has been in the Vocational training and Skills space for the past 14 years and has worked closely with NSDC, NSDA, DGET and several Sector Skill Councils doing research, developing qualification packs and national occupational standards, producing training materials and conducting train the trainer sessions. Have taken several awareness generating sessions about the skills ecosystem and the National Skills Qualification framework for trainers.
She is a graduate in Science (B.Sc) and post graduate in Finance (MFC) and a Certified Profession Behavioural & Attributes Analyst (CPBA,CPAA) from Target Training International, Atlanta, adept at assessing, analyzing & debriefing behaviour and skills under the DISC and Axiology Models.
