We are excited to announce that Medhavi Skills University (MSU) had the privilege of taking center stage in the conversation around the future of workplace learning at SHRM Tech 2.0, Conference & Expo, 2025. The event witnessed an impressive gathering of L&D leaders, CHROs, and HR innovators from across the globe, adding depth and diversity to the discussions on transforming workplace learnings and experiences.
During the 2-day event, our Founder and Chancellor, Mr. Pravesh Dudani, chaired a compelling panel discussion on the theme “Credit Where Its Due: Reimagining L&D with University Credits”. Joined by industry leaders, Ms. Charusmitha Rao, Director-Global Talent Development, Asia Pacific & India, (Akamai Technologies), Mr. Anil Nair, Lead & Head - Talent Management & Organizational L&D, (Zydus Group), and Mr. Kalappa KB, Chief People Officer, (Chai Point)—the panel explored how work-integrated learning and credit-based, modular, and flexible pathways can empower employees with job-ready skills, ensuring organizations can retain and grow their talent to address productivity gaps.
In the expo zone, MSU’s booth was a hub of curiosity and collaboration. Visitors engaged in thoughtfully designed games centered around workforce skilling challenges and won a unique, customized HR puzzle, a symbolic reminder that the future of work is built piece by piece through innovative learning models.
At MSU, we believe that L&D backed by strong academic credentials is key to building a skilled, future-ready workforce. SHRM Tech 2.0 was a great platform to create awareness and connect with leaders who share this vision.
