The session aimed to introduce students to the essential standards of personal presentation and professional conduct expected in the aviation and hospitality sectors.

During the workshop, Ms. Hingmang shared clear and practical guidance on a range of topics, including grooming norms, effective communication, body posture, and professional behaviour. She highlighted how these fundamental practices contribute to creating strong first impressions, maintaining workplace discipline, and building confidence—qualities that are highly valued across customer-facing industries.
