Medhavi Skills University (MSU) marked a milestone on International Youth Day with the International Skilling Conclave 2025 and the inauguration of SHINE – Skill Hub for International Employment in Ahmedabad.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri M. Nagarajan, IAS, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC), and Prof. (Dr.) S. P. Singh, Member, Board of Governance & Director General, Kaushalya - The Skill University, Government of Gujarat. Shri E. Rajiv, Executive Director, International Automobile Centre of Excellence joined as Special Guest, alongside Shri Kuldip Sarma, Co-Founder & Pro-Chancellor, MSU.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri. Nagarajan said, “This initiative aligns India’s youth with international standards and opens pathways that are both aspirational and accessible.”
The conclave hosted a global dialogue on the “International Skilled Worker Mobility Ecosystem” featuring Ms. Moumita Bhattacharya, Mr. Arunachalam Karthikeyan, Shri E. Rajiv, Mr. Tim Miller, Dr. Sumeet Sharma, Mr. Ahdil Azam, and Mr. Rupinder Singh Duggal. Discussions spanned opportunities across Germany, the UK, USA, Japan, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia in high-demand sectors like healthcare, IT, hospitality, engineering, logistics, and technical trades.
SHINE is MSU’s commitment to making international careers accessible to Indian youth without financial burden, offering 100% sponsorship or reimbursement for training, assessments, onboarding, visa processing, and flights. It is designed as a global launchpad for ethical overseas migration, aligned with industry needs and government partnerships.
With global mobility on the rise, over 1.8 million Indian students studying abroad in 2025 — SHINE is set to bridge the skills gap, creating globally adaptable professionals who carry India’s excellence worldwide.
