Held on campus, the program brought together employees from various departments for a full day of engagement, reflection, and skill-building—setting a strong foundation for future developmental initiatives at MSU.
Organised by the HR team in partnership with the English Department, the session was thoughtfully designed to promote confidence, teamwork, and meaningful interaction. The day began with warm and energising icebreaking activities that enabled participants to connect with one another beyond their formal roles. These were followed by fun and dynamic team-building tasks that encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and collective participation.
A series of interactive exercises further strengthened communication skills, helping participants understand the value of clarity, empathy, and active listening in a collaborative workspace. These activities not only enhanced interpersonal understanding but also fostered a positive, uplifting environment where ideas could be shared freely and respectfully.
