A key highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Medhavi Skills University and Subros Limited — marking a milestone partnership between academia and industry. The MoU was formally exchanged by Mr. Kuldip Sarma, Co-Founder & Pro-Chancellor of MSU, and Mr. Pawan Yadav, CHRO of Subros Limited. Subros, a joint venture of DENSO Corporation and Suzuki Motor Corporation, has been India’s leading thermal solutions company since 1985, specialising in compressors, condensers, engine-cooling modules, heat exchangers, and complete AC systems for various types of automobiles.
Through this collaboration, MSU and Subros will develop NSQF-aligned skilling programmes that seamlessly blend academic knowledge with hands-on, industry-driven expertise. This initiative aims to equip young learners with advanced skills in automotive cooling, energy efficiency, and green mobility, fostering a workforce ready to meet the challenges of India’s rapidly evolving automotive and sustainable technology sectors.
The partnership underscores MSU’s commitment to creating future-ready professionals by bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements, ultimately contributing to India’s skill development and economic growth.
