With blended, online, and classroom learning models, the initiative aims to fill the massive talent gap in the rail safety sector, addressing over 1.7 lakh vacancies in safety-critical roles.
Aligned with NEP 2020, the partnership brings together practical learning, cutting-edge curriculum, digital tools, and real-time industry engagement, making rail education more relevant, job-ready, and impactful.
