At the MSU Singtam Campus, students led a series of impactful awareness-driven initiatives. The day featured thoughtfully designed AIDS Day posters, an informative session on prevention and healthcare, and a compelling street play that shed light on the realities of HIV, the importance of early interventions, and the need to eliminate social stigma. The street play, in particular, resonated deeply with the audience, highlighting themes of empathy, inclusivity, and shared community responsibility.
Meanwhile, at the MSU Bermiok Campus, 3rd-semester B.Sc Nursing students made a meaningful contribution by actively participating in a Blood Donation Camp held at Geyzing District Hospital. Organised by the hospital’s Blood Bank Department, the camp received wholehearted participation from MSU’s students, who were appreciated for their voluntary spirit, dedication, and enthusiasm to support a life-saving cause.
Together, these efforts reflect MSU’s enduring commitment to creating socially conscious leaders and healthcare professionals who understand the value of service and awareness. By standing in solidarity and spreading the message of hope, knowledge, and compassion, MSU reaffirms its role in the ongoing fight against HIV/AIDS and its mission to inspire meaningful change in the communities it serves.
