The MoU was formally signed by Shri Kuldip Sarma, Co-Founder & Pro-Chancellor, MSU, and Hon’ble Dr. Priya Ranjan Swarup, Director General, CIDC; Former Member, State Planning Board–Tripura & Former Member, Planning & Monitoring Board, Ladakh. This landmark partnership marks the beginning of a transformative journey aimed at reshaping the skilling ecosystem of one of India’s largest and fastest-growing sectors.
The signing ceremony took place in the esteemed presence of Mr. Rajeev Jain, Senior Director (VT), CIDC; Mr. S. N. Murthy Vaddadi, Senior Director (Finance & Administration), CIDC; Mr. Onkareshwar Pandey, CEO – Golden Signatures; and Mr. Devender K. Saini, Group Chief Strategy Officer, MSU, along with other distinguished dignitaries.
Through this collaboration, MSU and CIDC will jointly roll out large-scale skilling, upskilling, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) initiatives across the construction and infrastructure ecosystem. The partnership also opens pathways for work-integrated degree programmes, national apprenticeship opportunities, and the establishment of a Centre of Excellence in Construction & Infrastructure at MSU—creating meaningful, future-ready opportunities for youth, workers, and industry professionals.
By combining CIDC’s extensive national network with MSU’s academic innovation, this alliance is poised to develop a skilled, certified, and globally competitive workforce for India’s rapidly evolving infrastructure landscape. Together, MSU and CIDC are laying a strong foundation to empower India’s next generation of construction and infrastructure professionals.
