Medhavi Skills University’s Hospitality & Hotel Management Team (WISE) organised an Alumni Talk on 17th March 2026 in virtual mode, featuring Mr. Vaibhav Parmar, a Guest Service Associate at The Oberoi Maidens, New Delhi. Attended by 80+ participants, the session aimed to connect students with industry insights and real-world experiences. Mr. Parmar shared his journey from academia to the luxury hospitality sector, highlighting the importance of strong academic foundations, internships and practical exposure.
The session emphasised key skills such as communication, grooming, confidence and professionalism, especially in Front Office and Guest Service roles. Through an interactive discussion, students gained clarity on career opportunities, industry expectations and interview preparation. The session proved to be insightful and motivating, encouraging students to focus on continuous learning, discipline and excellence in the hospitality industry.
