Building a Skills-First India: A Dialogue for a Shared Future

About the Event
On World Youth Skills Day, Medhavi Skills University hosted The Skills-First India Leadership Dialogue at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, bringing together leaders from industry, academia and policy to discuss the future of India’s workforce.
Centred around the theme “Building a Skills-First India: The Workforce Imperative for Viksit Bharat 2047”, the dialogue explored the need to bridge the gap between education and employment through stronger industry collaboration, work-based learning and future-ready skills.
The discussions highlighted that employability must become the defining outcome of education. A truly “Skills-First India” requires collective action where institutions, industries and policymakers work together to transform learning into livelihood.
