Building Resilience Through Positive Psychology Workshop

About the Event
Medhavi Skills University's Academic Operations Team organised a virtual workshop for CRUX MA Psychology students, bringing together more than 45 participants for an engaging session on resilience and mental well-being. Led by Mrs. Pallavi Gupta, an experienced psychotherapist and mental health
professional with over 20 years of experience, the workshop explored resilience as a skill that can be developed through awareness and practice. Participants were introduced to conceptual models of resilience, a standard resilience questionnaire and practical approaches to stress management. The interactive discussion also examined thought patterns that influence emotional well-being, helping students gain a deeper understanding of mental flexibility, positive thinking and meaningful relationships while equipping them with practical strategies to navigate personal and professional challenges.
