Distinguished Guests at PRARAMBH 2026
About the Event
PRARAMBH 2026 brought together distinguished guests from government, public service, research, defence and industry. The event was graced by Shri Akshay Sachdeva, IPS, DGP, Government of Sikkim and Chief Guest, along with Shri Niraj Khatiwada, Station House Officer, Sadar Police Station, Gangtok; Dr Sankar Prasad Das, Director, ICAR-National Research Centre for Orchids, Pakyong; and Shri A. Hemochandra, Deputy Inspector General, Sector HQRs, Sashastra Seema Bal, Gangtok.
The University also welcomed Shri Prawin Lamechaney, Additional Superintendent of Police; Smt Niroo Sharma, Squadron Leader (Retd), Indian Air Force; Shri Pawan Yadav, Head HR, Subros Limited; Shri Sanjay Kumar, Deputy Manager-HR, Subros Ltd., Gujarat Plant; Shri Prasad Palakil Mavilavalappil, GM (Global) Technical Services Head, QHSE and Training, SHM Shipcare Pvt. Ltd.; Shri Mingur Nadikpa, Shri Dikin Sharma, Smt Rinchen Bhutia and Shri Kunal Mora, Deputy Superintendents of Police.
