Expanding Technical Skills Opportunities for Women

Medhavi Skills University leadership visited the Regional Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (Kerala & Lakshadweep) at the National Skill Training Institute (Women), Kazhakuttom, Thiruvananthapuram. Shri Kuldip Sarma, Co-founder & Pro-Chancellor, met with senior leadership including Shri Yuvaraj C, Regional Director (i/c)/Head of Department, Shri M. Sarvana, Principal/Head of Operations/Deputy Director of Training and Shri Muhammed Anvar, Training Officer.

The discussions focused on strengthening pathways across skill development, higher education, apprenticeships, industry engagement and workforce development. A key focus was expanding ITI education for women and encouraging participation in high-demand technical trades.
