Expression 2026: The Grand Celebration

Building on the spirit of creativity and participation, the main event of Expression 2026, held from 31st March to 2nd April, brought the celebration to a grand and memorable culmination. The three-day event began with an Inter-School Competition, welcoming participation from over 20 schools across Sikkim, where students showcased their talent across singing, dance, extempore and other competitions, setting a vibrant and energetic tone.

The second day featured the inaugural ceremony graced by Chief Guest Major General Mahipal Singh Rathore, AVSM, SM, VSM, GOC, 17th Mountain Division, Indian Army, whose inspiring address added pride and motivation to the occasion. The day unfolded with a diverse range of performances including solo singing, solo dance, slam poetry, group dance and an Ethnic Ramp Walk, along with engaging staff performances. A major highlight of the evening was the electrifying performance by the 9Teen Band, which captivated the audience.

The final day, graced by Shri Santosh Banya, Deputy Commandant, 3rd IRB, as Chief Guest, featured events such as Mr. & Ms. Freshers, skit and drama and cosplay. The celebration concluded with a soulful performance by Jetsen Dohna Lama and an energetic DJ Night, bringing Expression 2026 to a vibrant and memorable close.
