First ‘Ask Me Anything’ Session Launched by Employee L&D Team

The Employee Learning and Development (L&D) team at Medhavi successfully launched the first edition of the ‘Ask Me Anything’ (AMA) session in the last week of March, establishing an open and inclusive platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing and meaningful interaction across the organisation. This initiative marks a significant step towards fostering a culture of transparency, accessibility and continuous learning, where employees are encouraged to voice their thoughts, seek clarity and gain insights directly from organisational leaders.
