Fostering Open Dialogue through Weekly AMA Sessions
About the Event
The Learning and Development team successfully concluded a series of weekly Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions for WISE employees. Spread across six engaging sessions with 18 panelists, the initiative created an open platform for Medhavians to ask questions, share curiosity and gain deeper insights into various aspects of the organisation.
The discussions covered a wide range of themes including brand voice, PR compliance, client handling, organisational direction, growth plans, AI usage and the unique value propositions of Medhavi WISE products. By encouraging open dialogue, the sessions helped break down hierarchies, foster human connection and strengthen a culture of transparency and collaboration.
By reinforcing the power of open conversations, the AMA series marked a meaningful step towards building a more authentic, engaging and collaborative workplace culture.
