About the Event
MSU SHINE, in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut, hosted an engaging Intercultural Workshop led by expert German Faculty Ms. Vishakha Naware and Project Officer Ms. Rajeshwari Manjrekar. The session offered valuable perspectives on German culture, education pathways and professional life in Germany.
Students gained deeper insights into workplace etiquette, communication styles, social norms and expectations within German organisations. The interactive format encouraged open discussions, scenario based activities and practical understanding of cross-cultural differences. The workshop significantly strengthened cultural awareness, adaptability and confidence among students preparing for internationalcareers in Germany, further reinforcing SHINE’s commitment to global readiness, industry alignment and holistic professional development.
