Bringing industry insights on professional growth and workplace success, Medhavi Skills University’s Academic Operations Team organised the 26th Guest Lecture Series in virtual mode. The session featured Ms. Silva Sarkar, DGM, HR at Baazar Retail Pvt. Ltd., who shared her expertise in talent management, employee engagement, learning and development and organisational growth with 160+ MSU-WISE students, faculty and staff members.
The lecture focused on essential soft skills including communication, teamwork, adaptability, professional etiquette and leadership, emphasising how these competencies play a crucial role in shaping successful careers across industries. Drawing from her extensive experience in human resource management, Ms. Sarkar highlighted the importance of cultivating a growth mindset, embracing continuous learning and maintaining professionalism in today's dynamic workplace.
