High-Stake Communication Programme
About the Event
The MSU Employee L&D team recently conducted the “High-Stake Communication Programme” for WISE members whose roles involve critical communication responsibilities with clients and partners.
Structured across four modules, the programme focused on key aspects such as Communicating with Confidence, Impactful Presentation Skills, Professional Virtual Collaboration Etiquette, Client-Centric Telephonic Communication and more, enabling participants to enhance both clarity and professionalism in high-impact interactions.
The programme was co-created in collaboration with Engaging Minds, delivering a virtual learning experience through our LMS platform. Led by trainer Ms. Bhuvaneshwari Venkatesh, who brings over 15 years of expertise in business communication, behavioural and soft skills training, the sessions were highly engaging and interactive, incorporating real-life case studies, group discussions, quizzes and practical assignments.
