Hospitality and Hotel Management Students Embark on 6-Month On-the-Job Training Journey
About the Event
The School of Hospitality and Hotel Management at Medhavi Skills University proudly announced the placement of 18 students across reputed hotels in Sikkim for their 6-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) programme. This milestone reinforces MSU’s commitment to providing students with real-world exposure and industry-based learning opportunities.
Starting from October 20, 2025, to April 20, 2026, the students will undergo intensive hands-on training in hotel operations, departmental coordination and service excellence. The OJT experience will help them gain professional confidence and practical insights into the hospitality industry.
The placements include prestigious properties such as Taj Guras Kutir, Mayfair Spa & Resort, Club Mahindra Le Vintuna, Denzong Regency and Sterling Orange Village. This achievement reflects MSU’s strong industry linkages and its mission to develop skilled, employable and future-ready hospitality professionals.
