Industry Visit for OJL Monitoring and Mentoring at Club Mahindra, Ranipool

As part of the structured On-the-Job Learning (OJL) programme, Medhavi Skills University conducted an OJL Monitoring, Mentoring and Industry Collaboration visit at Club Mahindra, Ranipool, East Sikkim, for BBA Semester IV and MBA Semester II students of the School of Management & Commerce.

The visit was undertaken to review student progress, workplace learning and professional adaptation.

During interactions with industry officials and OJL mentors, the students received positive feedback for their punctuality, discipline, sincerity and willingness to learn.
