Industry Visit to The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa

An industry visit was organised for the 2nd semester students of Hospitality and Hotel Management to The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa as part of their practical learning and industry exposure.

The primary objective of the visit was to help students understand how a hotel operates, the functions of different departments, and the coordination required to provide quality hospitality services to guests.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the students were warmly welcomed by the management team. The interaction was conducted by key departmental representatives who explained the structure and functioning of the hotel.
