Medhavi has introduced a meaningful initiative that celebrates employee milestones while contributing towards a greener and more sustainable future. Through a partnership with Grow-Trees, every significant milestone in an employee's journey is now celebrated with the plantation of a tree in their name.
From welcoming new joiners to recognising employees completing 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 years with Medhavi, each occasion is being marked by a contribution that continues to grow beyond the workplace. Since the initiative commenced, over 100 trees have been facilitated across three meaningful ecological projects: the Sundarbans for Tigers, Gnathang Valley for Red Pandas and Khrew & Khonmoh in Kashmir. These plantations support afforestation, habitat conservation, biodiversity and ecological restoration.
The initiative reflects a thoughtful approach to employee engagement, connecting moments of professional growth with a shared responsibility towards the environment. A new joining represents a new beginning, while a work anniversary becomes an opportunity to give back to nature.
