MSU Faculty and Students Publish Three Research Papers in IJRDST

Medhavi Skills University’s School of Management & Commerce achieved a significant academic milestone with the publication of three research papers in the International Journal for Recent Developments in Science & Technology (IJRDST), Volume 10, Issue 03.
The research was led by Mr. Snehasish Bhattacharjee, Master Skill Instructor, School of Management & Commerce, along with eight undergraduate students. The published papers explored contemporary themes including digital marketing, e-commerce consumer behaviour and customer satisfaction in Sikkim, offering insights into evolving trends in the online retail sector. The faculty-student research collaboration strengthened students’ skills in research methodology, data analysis and academic writing while fostering a culture of innovation, experiential learning and knowledge creation at MSU.
