MSU Faculty Lead Hospitality Management Training under RAMP
About the Event
Mr. James Sarungbam, Head Of the Department - School of Hospitality and Tourism and Mr. Pawan Krishna Dahal, Head - Industry Integration (School of Hospitality and Tourism) were invited to conduct a Hospitality Management Training Programme as part of the Capacity Building initiative under the RAMP Scheme.
The sessions were held at Lumsey Inn in Gangtok and were designed for entry-level hospitality trainees and youth aspiring to build careers in the hospitality and tourism sector.
The programme focused on strengthening foundational skills, service standards and industry readiness. Through practical demonstrations and interactive sessions, participants gained insights into professional expectations and operational excellence within the hospitality domain.
