MSU Students Explore Industry Trends at AAHAR Expo

Students from the BSc in Hospitality & Hotel Management programme at Medhavi Skills University attended the AAHAR – International Food & Hospitality Fair at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, under the guidance of Mr Navneet Ranjan and faculty coordinators Mr Vijay Walia and Ms Deepika Roy. The visit offered valuable exposure to one of Asia’s largest hospitality exhibitions, showcasing the latest innovations and trends across the food, beverage and service industries.
Students explored a diverse range of stalls featuring modern kitchen equipment, bakery and confectionery products, sustainable packaging solutions and advanced hospitality technologies. They also engaged with industry professionals and observed live demonstrations, tastings and interactive sessions, which enhanced their understanding of professional practices and operational standards.
