MSU Students Secure Second Position at Culinary Kaizens
About the Event
Ms. Saima Bisukarma (B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Management) and Ms. Gana Maya Rai (B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics) proudly represented Medhavi Skills University at “Culinary Kaizens – Flavours of the Northeast”, organised by the Eastern Indian Culinary Association (EICA).
The event, hosted at the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre in Guwahati, brought together talented aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts from across the Northeast, offering a dynamic platform to demonstrate creativity, precision and professional technique.
Competing against strong regional participation, both students secured the 2nd position, showcasing confidence, skill and excellence under pressure. Their achievement reflects the practical training, discipline and industry exposure embedded in their programmes, further strengthening MSU’s growing reputation for excellence in skill-based education.
