Republic Day Celebration
About the Event
Medhavi Skills University, Sang Khola, East Sikkim, marked the Republic Day of India with dignity, enthusiasm and a strong sense of national pride on its campus. The celebration brought together students, faculty members, and staff in a shared moment of respect for the Constitution and the values it represents.
The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem, setting a solemn and patriotic tone. The ceremony served as a reminder of collective responsibility, unity, and integrity as citizens of the nation.
The cultural programme added vibrancy to the celebration. Students from the Pharmacy department presented a patriotic group dance reflecting unity in diversity, which was warmly appreciated. Faculty members further enriched the event with a cultural group dance and a soulful rendition of Vande Mataram, strengthening the bond between students and teachers.
