About the Event
The Medhavi Group Strategy Meet 2026 brought together leaders and teams from Medhavi Foundation, Medhavi Skills University, Awarding Body and Medhavi Aspire Pvt. Ltd. for three days of reflection, collaboration and future-focused planning. More than a strategic discussion, the gathering reinforced the values that define ONE Medhavi - shared purpose, collective growth and people-first leadership.
The sessions explored innovation, AI, transformation and execution excellence, while also creating space for meaningful conversations, recognition and wellbeing. From yoga sessions at dawn to cricket, archery, paintball and a memorable Sufi Night under the stars, every activity strengthened bonds across teams.
The Drum Circle became a powerful reminder that every individual contribution shapes a greater collective vision. The meet concluded with renewed energy, deeper connections and a shared commitment to building an organisation that creates lasting impact for people, communities and the future.
