Strengthening Alignment and Engagement: Medhavi Townhall

Medhavi Skills University conducted a company-wide townhall led by our Founder and Chancellor, Shri Pravesh Dudani, bringing together team members from offices across the country. The session fostered meaningful engagement and reinforced a shared sense of direction within the Medhavi family.

During the interaction, young employees were encouraged to take initiative and actively contribute to organisational growth. Emphasis was placed on establishing a structured feedback system to ensure that employee needs and perspectives are effectively heard and addressed.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of clearly defined KPIs and KRAs, underlining the collective responsibility to drive performance and accountability.
