Vasant Panchami Celebration
About the Event
Medhavi Skills University marked Vasant Panchami with devotion and collective participation, honouring Goddess Saraswati and the enduring values of knowledge, wisdom and creativity. The campus was thoughtfully adorned in hues of yellow and white, reflecting the spirit of the festival and creating a serene environment that resonated with learning, reflection and cultural tradition.
A traditional Saraswati Puja was performed in accordance with customary rituals. Books, musical instruments and study materials were placed before the idol, symbolising reverence for education and the continuous pursuit of excellence. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma, Pro Vice Chancellor (Academics) and Dr. Sandeep Kumar Suhag, Pro Vice Chancellor (Administration) along with faculty members, staff and students representing various departments.
The event was organised under the guidance of Mr. Snehasish Bhattacharjee, Master Skill Instructor and Ms. Divya Pradhan, Assistant Professor with active involvement from MBA students who coordinated arrangements and ensured smooth proceedings. The celebration concluded with the distribution of prasad and the respectful visarjan, reinforcing cultural awareness, unity and a shared respect for learning within the University community.
