Models of education should give precedence to employability and make provisions for incorporating learning into real-world working conditions. The article discusses models that focus on creating paths for learning that are based on the job. This model is in line with the goals of industry integrated universities India in imparting career-oriented education. It provides students with early experience of working in the workplace.
