In a major step towards strengthening India’s education-to-employment ecosystem, Medhavi Skills University and the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance pathways between school education, vocational education and higher education across the country.

The Department of Hospitality & Hotel Management, Medhavi Skills University, successfully organised the Triple Craft Workshop, a three-day industry-oriented initiative for students of B.Sc. in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Professional Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Operations, B.Voc and D.Voc programmes. Conducted under the supervision of Mr. Navneet Ranjan and coordinated by Mr. Vijay Walia, Ms. Deepika Roy and Mr. Jayant Lohar, the workshop aimed to strengthen practical competencies and enhance industry readiness through expert-led sessions, live demonstrations and experiential learning. With participation from nearly 120 students, it effectively bridged classroom learning with real-world hospitality practices across operations, culinary arts and beverage service, while encouraging active engagement and skill application.
