Medhavi Skills University conducted the 25th Guest Lecture Series in virtual mode, featuring Mr. Akash Passey, President – ZF Group, as keynote speaker. The session on “Learning to Leading” saw participation from over 800 MSU-WISE students, faculty members, and staff. With 30+ years of global industry experience, Mr. Passey shared insights on leadership mindset, communication, adaptability, workplace expectations, and career readiness. He emphasised on continuous learning, professional excellence, and navigating an evolving work environment.

The Learning and Development team successfully concluded a series of weekly Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions for WISE employees. Spread across six engaging sessions with 18 panelists, the initiative created an open platform for Medhavians to ask questions, share curiosity and gain deeper insights into various aspects of the organisation.
