World Art Day was celebrated at the campus with the inspiring theme, “A Garden of Expression: Cultivating Community Through Art, ”through a collaborative initiative by the Event Management students and the Art & Design Skill Drill students, creating a vibrant platform that encouraged creativity, artistic exploration, and community engagement.

Medhavi Skills University was honoured with the prestigious ‘Partners in Progress’ Award at the 17th Construction Industry Development Council Vishwakarma Awards & Exhibition, held under the theme “Viksit Bharat 2047." The recognition celebrated the University’s continued contribution towards advancing skill development and building a future-ready workforce for the nation.

Our talented students and faculty members proudly represented the university at the prestigious IndiaSkills 2025–26 National Competition in Noida. Representing MSU on this grand national platform were Saurav Gurung from B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology, Hissey Bhutia from B.Sc. in Nursing, Abhijit Kirtunia from BCA, along with Mr. Pritam Kumar Bhagat from the Department of Computer Science.

Medhavi Skills University proudly celebrated a remarkable achievement as Saurav Gurung, a student of B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology, secured a Bronze Medal at the prestigious IndiaSkills 2025–26 National Competition in the Health & Social Care category after securing a Gold Medal at the Regional Competition .

Building on the spirit of creativity and participation, the main event of Expression 2026, held from 31st March to 2nd April, brought the celebration to a grand and memorable culmination. The three-day event began with an Inter-School Competition, welcoming participation from over 20 schools across Sikkim, where students showcased their talent across singing, dance, extempore and other competitions, setting a vibrant and energetic tone.
