This initiative aimed at providing essential healthcare services while fostering community well-being.The health camp offered free medical consultations, vital sign monitoring, eye checkups, and physiotherapy services, including ergonomic advice and exercises for pain relief. Beyond healthcare, this initiative also served as a practical learning experience for MSU students, reinforcing the university’s commitment to skill-based education and real-world exposure. Medhavi Skills University (MSU) signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Higher Education, Government of Tripura, to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Artificial Intelligence, a CoE in Oil & Gas, and a Skills University in Tripura. This landmark agreement was formalized at the Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2025 in the esteemed presence of Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura, along with the Industry Minister, Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary (Industries), Director General of Police, Principal Secretary (Forest), and other senior government officials.This initiative represents a transformative step towards future-ready skill development and economic empowerment in the region. The Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence will equip professionals with cutting-edge technological expertise, ensuring they remain competitive in the global digital economy. The Centre of Excellence in Oil & Gas will focus on developing a skilled workforce to support the region’s expanding energy sector, addressing industry demands and fostering sustainable growth. Additionally, the establishment of a Skills University in Tripura will strengthen the state's education ecosystem by integrating industry-driven learning with academic excellence, enhancing employability and entrepreneurial prospects for the youth.Through this collaboration, MSU reinforced its commitment to bridging the digital divide, fostering economic self-sufficiency, and unlocking new opportunities for the youth of North-east India.
