The Guest Lecture Series, organised virtually by the Academic Operations Team on 17 January 2026, featured Ms. Nimita Roy, Vice President – HR at Nomura. Delivering a session on “Emotional Intelligence,” she highlighted its importance in the workplace and interview preparation. Attended by 100+ MSU-WISE students, faculty and staff, the lecture offered practical insights into self-awareness, empathy and emotional regulation, with engaging discussions and real-world applications.
