The School of Hospitality has introduced a Culinary Garden at the MSU Topakhani Campus, Singtam, as part of its commitment to experiential learning. The initiative is designed to familiarise students with the fundamentals of fresh produce, sustainable practices, and ingredient sourcing. By engaging directly in the cultivation of herbs and vegetables, students gain practical insights into farm-to-table concepts that are integral to modern culinary arts. The Culinary Garden also serves as a hands-on learning space, encouraging responsibility, environmental awareness, and a deeper understanding of quality ingredients in professional kitchens.
