A key highlight of the event was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Medhavi Skills University and Subros Limited — marking a milestone partnership between academia and industry. The MoU was formally exchanged by Mr. Kuldip Sarma, Co-Founder & Pro-Chancellor of MSU, and Mr. Pawan Yadav, CHRO of Subros Limited. Subros, a joint venture of DENSO Corporation and Suzuki Motor Corporation, has been India’s leading thermal solutions company since 1985, specialising in compressors, condensers, engine-cooling modules, heat exchangers, and complete AC systems for various types of automobiles.Through this collaboration, MSU and Subros will develop NSQF-aligned skilling programmes that seamlessly blend academic knowledge with hands-on, industry-driven expertise. This initiative aims to equip young learners with advanced skills in automotive cooling, energy efficiency, and green mobility, fostering a workforce ready to meet the challenges of India’s rapidly evolving automotive and sustainable technology sectors.The partnership underscores MSU’s commitment to creating future-ready professionals by bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements, ultimately contributing to India’s skill development and economic growth.

Medhavi Skills University (MSU) successfully organized the Orientation Program for the newly admitted MBA and MCA batches, marking the commencement of their transformative academic journey. The event set an inspiring tone for the year ahead, welcoming the students into a vibrant learning community that blends academic excellence with skill-based education.The ceremony began with the auspicious lighting of the lamp by the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Associate Dean, Deputy Registrar, and a student representative, symbolizing the dawn of knowledge and new beginnings.In his welcome address, the Pro Vice-Chancellor encouraged the students to embrace curiosity, discipline, and innovation throughout their academic journey. The Deputy Registrar also shared words of wisdom, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and professional growth in shaping future leaders.The program featured an engaging session by Ms. Yangsola from the Department of Student Affairs and Well-being, who highlighted the university’s commitment to providing holistic support and fostering overall well-being among students. Students proficiently illustrated this importance with a compelling poster-slogan presentation, delivering key messages on medication safety and public health contributions. This crucial segment reinforced the department's commitment to developing impactful future pharmacists.The academic presentations were followed by a lively and engaging cultural program. Medhavi Skills University joyfully ushered in the festive spirit by celebrating Pre-Dussehra on September 25, 2025. This beautiful and wonderful celebration, meticulously organized by the HR team, focused on showcasing cultural vibrancy and the university's inherent unity in diversity. The day’s highlight was the enthusiastic participation of the staff members, who attended wearing diverse ethnic attire. This visual representation underscored the collective spirit of MSU. All staff had a great time participating in a special ethnic dress ramp walk, where they elegantly showcased their traditional garments. The festive atmosphere was amplified by an engaging talent show. Attendees witnessed a rich cultural tapestry featuring folk songs, captivating cultural dances, and several original performance pieces delivered by the staff. Adding to the enjoyment, the respected Pro Vice Chancellor also participated in the festivities, showcasing his talent in a beautiful manner and further strengthening the camaraderie among the staff. Overall, the Pre-Dussehra event was a resounding success, beautifully capturing the vibrant and joyous spirit of Dussehra across the university campus.

The visit featured engaging discussions with Mr. Sunil Yadav (HR Head, JTEKT), Mr. Avadhesh Kumar Sharma (DGM, JTEKT), Mr. Satish Dhillon (HR Head, Navitasys), Mr. Akhand Pratap Singh (Navitasys) and Mr. Ravinder Kumar (Plant Head, Navitasys). The team also interacted with representatives from Shoroki Toyota.
