Medhavi Skills University and Chai Point launched the “Learn While You Earn” program on 8th July 2025 for the current academic year to drive workforce development across Chai Point outlets pan India. This initiative enables Chai Point employees to pursue diplomas or degrees while continuing to work, combining academic growth with hands-on industry experience. Aligning with the spirit of this collaboration, the programs were launched in an industry setting-one of the many Chai Point outlets in Bengaluru.Mr. Pravesh Dudani, Founder and Chancellor; Mr. Devender K Saini, Group Chief Strategy Officer; and Mr. Sajeev Kumar S, Vice President - Industry Relations from Medhavi Skills University, along with Mr. Amuleek Singh Bijral, Co-Founder and CEO of Mountain Trail Foods Pvt. Ltd.; Mr. Kalappa K.B., Head of People; and Mr. Allen Mathias, AGM, MTA from Chai Point graced the event. On 10th July 2025, the Medhavi Group proudly marked its 13th Foundation Day, a milestone that reflects over a decade of transformative work in education and skilling across India.What began in 2012 as a grassroots initiative has today evolved into a national movement, empowering over 5 lakh youth through industry-aligned, work-integrated, and outcome-driven learning pathways. Celebrations took place across Medhavi Skills University campus, PMKK centers, skill academies, and corporate offices nationwide.A special commemorative event was held at Manan Kendra, Gangtok, featuring inspiring addresses by Medhavi Group leadership on the journey from vision to impact. The program also showcased vibrant cultural performances by students, celebrating the spirit and diversity of the Northeast.Rooted in the belief that “Skills are the currency of the future,” Medhavi continues to champion a learner-centric ecosystem anchored in relevance, collaboration, and real-world impact.Here’s to 13 years of making a difference and many more to come.

Her groundbreaking invention, titled “Harnessing Indigenous Ethno-Alcoholic Resources of Northeast India for Novel Nano-based Herbal Hand Sanitizer Formulation,” combines nanoparticle technology with traditional tribal alcohols to enhance antimicrobial efficacy.
