 World AIDS Day 2025
Across the Academic Year

World AIDS Day 2025

At the MSU Singtam Campus, students led a series of impactful awareness-driven initiatives. The day featured thoughtfully designed AIDS Day posters, an informative session on prevention and healthcare, and a compelling street play that shed light on the realities of HIV, the importance of early interventions, and the need to eliminate social stigma. The street play, in particular, resonated deeply with the audience, highlighting themes of empathy, inclusivity, and shared community responsibility. Meanwhile, at the MSU Bermiok Campus, 3rd-semester B.Sc Nursing students made a meaningful contribution by actively participating in a Blood Donation Camp held at Geyzing District Hospital. Organised by the hospital’s Blood Bank Department, the camp received wholehearted participation from MSU’s students, who were appreciated for their voluntary spirit, dedication, and enthusiasm to support a life-saving cause. Together, these efforts reflect MSU’s enduring commitment to creating socially conscious leaders and healthcare professionals who understand the value of service and awareness. By standing in solidarity and spreading the message of hope, knowledge, and compassion, MSU reaffirms its role in the ongoing fight against HIV/AIDS and its mission to inspire meaningful change in the communities it serves.

Community Services

MSU’s 1st Annual Autumn Wilderness

Medhavi Skills University’s 1st Annual Autumn Wilderness Hike to Changey Falls proved to be a truly fulfilling and memorable experience for everyone who participated. With enthusiasm, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility, students embraced the opportunity to connect with nature while embodying MSU’s values of community engagement and environmental stewardship. The journey to Changey Falls offered breathtaking views, refreshing mountain air, and a much-needed pause from the routine of campus life. As students hiked through the serene wilderness, the trail became not just a pathway to a scenic destination but a space for shared learning, reflection, and bonding. However, the most meaningful part of the day unfolded on the way back. Demonstrating exemplary commitment to responsible travel, students voluntarily came together to clean the trail, removing litter and ensuring that the route to Changey Falls remains clean, safe, and welcoming for future visitors. Their collective effort stood as a powerful reminder of how small actions can significantly contribute to preserving natural spaces. This initiative highlights MSU’s dedication to nurturing environmentally conscious and socially responsible individuals. The hike was not just an adventure—it was a step toward fostering a culture of care, sustainability, and mindful exploration within the MSU community.
